Why Participating in High School Sports is an A+ Idea

Concerned that participating in sports will take too much time away from your children’s schoolwork? Think again!

Research shows high school athletes have higher grades, higher GPAs and higher achievement test scores than non-athletes.

Athletes learn how to manage their time. They also tend to be more engaged with their school, have a more positive attitude toward school and have better attendance, all of which helps in the classroom.

High school sports don’t detract from academic performance; they enhance it. So encourage your children to participate when they go to high school.
